Sos Spaghetti Bolognese Campak2

Greeting to my blog follower.....*wink2* As i promise to write the recipe of Spaghetti that i made during and before the exams for the feast... I made my own sauce and it taste wonderful compared to the canned one. So minna-san let's rock the kitchen.......
Ingredients (Serving 8-10):
• 3 tablespoon vegetable oil (best use olive oil)
• 500g ground meat
• 1 canned button mushroom (sliced or chopped)
• 10 pieces sausages (thinly slice)
• 1/4 cup red capsicum (diced)
• 2 tomatoes (seeded and diced)
• 1 onion (diced)
• 5 garlic cloves (thinly chopped)
• 1 canned tomato puree (i use ayam brand)
• 1 bottle ketchup
• 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black-pepper
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 500ml water
Directions:
1. Heat the oil and fry the ground meat until cooked.
2. Add onion, capsicum, tomatoes and garlic. Fry until it soft.
3. Add tomato puree and one bottle of ketchup. Stir a little and then add the water.Stir until the sauce blend altogether.
4. Then add mushroom, capsicum and sausage.
5. Sprinkle oregano, basil and black-pepper. If you want it more spicy you can add more black pepper.
6. Sprinkle salt and sugar to your own taste.
7. Cook the sauce until it become a little thick. If it become too thick, you can add more water.
Kalau nak yang dalam Bahasa Malaysia pun ada.
Bahan-bahan (Hidangan 8-10):
• 3 sudu besar minyak sayur/zaitun
• 500g daging cincang
• 1 tin cendawan butang, dihiris atau cincang kasar
• 10 batang sosej, dihiris nipis
• 1/4 cawan lada benggala (capsicum) merah, dipotong dadu kecil
• 2 biji tomato (dibuang biji, dipotong dadu)
• 1 biji bawang besar sederhana saiz (dipotong dadu)
• 5 ulas bawang putih, dicincang halus
• 1 botol sos tomato
• 1 tin puri tomato (ayam brand punyer)
• 1 1/4 sudu teh garam
• 1 sudu teh lada sulah atau lada hitam
• 1 sudu teh garam bawang putih
• 1 sudu teh oregano
• 1 sudu teh basil
• 1 sudu besar gula
• 500ml air
Cara-cara:
1. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan daging cincang dan goreng sehingga masak.
2. Masukkan bawang besar, lada benggala, tomato dan bawang putih. Tumis hingga lembut.
3. Masukkan puri tomato, sos tomato. Kacau sekejap kemudian masukkan air. Kacau hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan cendawan, lada benggala dan sosej.
5. Tabur oregano, basil dan serbuk lada hitam. Sekiranya anda suka pedas bolehlah lebihkan lada hitam.
6. Masukkan gula dan garam secukup rasa.
7. Reneh sos sehingga sos menjadi pekat. Sekiranya sos terlalu pekat, bolehlah cairkan dengan air.
